Camps

SAN DIEGO CAMP – early season idropboys.com camp.

Camp is for riders looking for some early season training with really cool chicks!

January 15-18, 2010 (tentative schedule)

FRIDAY: Arrival and welcome dinner

SATURDAY: Stagecoach Century Ride http://www.shadowtour.com/site3.aspx

SUNDAY: Moderate ride 40-50 miles + optional run for the tri girls

MONDAY: (MLK day): Epic East County San Diego Ride- 100 miles- 10,000 ft of climbing to top off a powerful weekend.

Camp to include

  • Awesome riding early in the season
  • Good times guaranteed
  • Sore muscles and great satisfaction

  • USAT Certified Coaching

Friday arrival late afternoon

swim in reservoir if temperatures permit or pool swim

Saturday

ride full bike course- get a feel for pacing, how the 2nd loop feels and what to expect

Sunday

long run on course....course is hilly and you need to practice pacing, see how it feels after the Saturday ride

Includes:

  • reserve rooms in local hotel - but you will book on your own
  • SAG support on rides
  • detailed maps of ride and run course
